COVID-19 | Coronavirus Postponement Policy

Our world has faced an unforeseen and most challenging pandemic in 2020. DKE hopes that each of you are well. We know that health & safety of you & your loved ones is paramount. Please continue to be safe as we all face the challenges with adjusting to a "new normal" during COVID-19.

As your partners & support team in planning the most important day of your life, please know that we are available to assist with planning tips, ideas and to keep the conversation going. While the majority of our 2020 couples have postponed their 2020 dates to 2021 & beyond, we have successfully accommodated all couples.

We will continue to accommodate postponements as needed. During this time, we have some extra time to plan your best day! There will be no penalty for date changes. Further, you will not lose your deposit or balance payment, if you need to postpone your date.

If you choose to completely cancel your date, we are unable to offer a refund of your deposit payment. Please understand that deposit payments guarantee our availability and cover the cost for time, hours and office personnel who work in preparation of your wedding day. As a business, the cost for our services includes more than the performance date. We encourage all couples to postpone their dates, rather than cancel.

We know it may be challenging to work with so many vendors who you’ve secured for your wedding date. Please consider us, one of your vendor professionals who will be easy to work with. Let’s open up the calendar and move dates. Our team will be prepared to accommodate you as needed. Please contact us, once your plans are known. This is a work in progress. The odds are very high that it won’t work perfectly, but we will do our best to make this easy for our couples.
